EVERYTHING BAGEL PUMPKIN SEEDS
These smelled good while they were roasting and tasted even better. My husband put them in one of the "nice" silicone storage bags and stashed them somewhere, like a squirrel. I'm assuming that means he likes them too. The seasoning mix is easy to make, but you can use Trader Joe's Everything Bagel Seasoning if you've got it!
Ingredients are listed in the order they appear in the recipe and anything that requires prep is in bold. Ingredients are bolded in the directions when you first encounter them as well as when they are reintroduced after being set aside. All ingredients are Capitalized.

2 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds
1 Tablespoon White Sesame Seeds
1 Tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
2 teaspoons Flaked Sea Salt or coarse salt
2 ½ teaspoons Butter, melted
2 cups raw Pumpkin Seeds
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix together 2 Tbs Poppy Seeds, 1 Tbs White Sesame Seeds, 1 Tbs Black Sesame Seeds,1 Tbs plus 1 tsp Dried Minced Garlic, 1 Tbs plus 1 tsp Dried Minced Onion and 2 tsp Flaked Sea Salt or coarse salt.
In a medium bowl melt 2 ½ tsp Butter.
Toss 2 cups of Pumpkin Seeds in a bowl with the melted Butter and Everything Seasoning Mix to taste. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stirring every 15 minutes.
