I discovered this recipe because chicken drumsticks are really cheap right now, but my son sort of hates food with recognizable animal parts so I needed to make them so good he would be willing to deal with the occasional tendon. Success! Also, it works on pretty much anything so go crazy.
Ingredients are listed in the order they appear in the recipe and anything that requires prep is in bold. Ingredients are bolded in the directions when you first encounter them as well as when they are reintroduced after being set aside. All ingredients are Capitalized.

INGREDIENTS:
8 Chicken Drumsticks, skin-on
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
TOOLS:
Large bowl
Baking sheet
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with tin foil.
Place 8 Chicken Drumsticks on a large bowl. Add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil , 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper. Stir together, or, if your bowl has a lid, put the lid on and shake it like your mad about the price of groceries.
Evenly space Drumsticks on the baking sheet and put in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and flip using tongs. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
